07 / What we need from you
Keep us current. Give us time.
Share property changes.
Tell Lacey about amenity closures, construction, parking changes, service updates, contact changes, or incorrect guest-facing information.
Close the loop.
Tell us when an issue is resolved. The property confirms when temporary website and guest-email messaging can be removed.
Plan ahead.
Allow three weeks for standard marketing requests. Contact Lacey promptly about time-sensitive needs or urgent guest-facing issues.
What to send with a property update
Include the property name, what changed, the start date, the expected end date if known, and any information guests need. Notify Lacey again when the amenity reopens or the disruption ends.
The three-week expectation is for standard marketing requests. It is not a guaranteed printing or shipping timeline, and urgent guest-impacting errors should be reported promptly.
08 / Measuring the work
Know what ran—and what it delivered.
At the end of each quarter, you’ll receive a marketing report connecting property activity to available performance results.
What we did
Campaigns completed, channels used, and marketing activity supporting your property.
What it generated
Tracked bookings, revenue attributed to marketing, and relevant channel performance.
What we learned
What worked, what needs attention, and where performance changed.
What comes next
Recommended next actions and opportunities to discuss with Lacey.
Reporting terms in plain English
Attributed revenue: Booking revenue linked to marketing activity where tracking is available. It is not total hotel revenue.
Conversions: Tracked actions, such as a booking or inquiry. The type of action matters when interpreting a result.
ROAS: Return on ad spend—tracked revenue divided by advertising spend. It measures attributed revenue, not profit.
Dashboards: Roble uses analytics and dashboards to monitor performance and build the quarterly summary. Ask Lacey about your property’s results or reporting access.
