Wavehouse · Boutique Brand Development

Giving a beach hotel a point of view.

Wavehouse is a 28-key boutique hotel in Cocoa Beach. The opportunity isn't simply to market another place near the ocean. It is to create a brand experience that feels like it belongs exactly where it is.

The opportunity

Cocoa Beach already has a culture. The brand should feel part of it.

Wavehouse sits inside a destination shaped by surfing, spaceflight, old Florida beach culture and generations of travelers who already have an idea of what Cocoa Beach means.

Roble's concept work uses those cues without turning the hotel into a themed attraction — building a visual and verbal world that can extend naturally from the room to the merchandise to the spaces guests experience on property.

The brand doesn't stop at the logo.

Merchandise should feel like something a guest might actually wear after the trip. Artwork and environmental details can reinforce the same sense of place inside the hotel. Content, guest touchpoints and physical spaces all become parts of one connected identity rather than separate design exercises.

The goal isn't to cover every surface in branding. It is to create enough recognizable moments that the stay feels cohesive without feeling overly designed.

A good hotel brand shows up in the details guests remember.

Building the world around the stay.

Brand development

Positioning and visual exploration rooted specifically in Cocoa Beach rather than generic coastal hospitality.

Guest touchpoints

Keycards, room details and other small moments extend the property's identity into the actual guest experience.

Merchandise

Apparel and graphic concepts treat the hotel brand as part of the destination rather than simply a logo to print.

Experience direction

Content, F&B concepts and environmental ideas help create one recognizable world around the property.

A small hotel can still have a big point of view.
